Accepting an invite to a Buzzspark account
In Buzzspark, you can easily add internal and external users to your Account. When a colleague adds you as a user to their Buzzspark account, you will receive an invitation email. You’ll need to accept this invitation before you can access their Buzzspark Account.
How to accept an invite
Step 1: Click on the Accept Invite button in your invitation email
You can also copy and paste the link in your browser’s address bar.
Step 2: Accept the invite
If you’re already registered with Buzzspark, simply click on the Join Account button on the 'Accept Invitation' page and proceed to login to Buzzspark. Once logged in, you’ll see the Buzzspark Account you just joined in the '[Switch Accounts](/en/article/switching-between-multiple-buzzspark-accounts-53oz8c/) ' page.
If you’re already registered with Buzzspark, simply click on the Join Account button on the Accept Invitation page and proceed to login to Buzzspark. Once logged in, you can access the Buzzspark Account you just joined from the Switch Accounts page.
If you’re new to Buzzspark, you’ll need to enter your details so you can login at any time.
Enter you Name, Email and Password, which must be 8-20 characters and include a minimum of one uppercase, one lowercase, one digit and one special character.
Once you click the Join Account button, you’ll be to access the Buzzspark Account you just joined.
