Deleting Content
There may be times when you may wish to delete specific items of Content in your Buzzspark account, either because it is not relevant, no longer required or your account is nearing the Max Retained Tiles quota of your Buzzspark subscription plan.
Buzzspark provides multiple convenient methods to permanently delete content. This article covers:
Deleting individual Tiles
Deleting multiple Tiles
Deleting all Tiles that match specific criteria
Archived content cannot be deleted in Buzzspark without it first being unarchived. See Archiving and Unarchiving Content for further details.
From the left menu, browse to Curate > Moderate.
By default, the Moderation View will display all aggregated Content with the most recent items being shown first. See Refining and Searching for Content in Moderation View for further details.
Once you have located the Tile you wish to delete, it can be deleted in one of two ways:
Via Bulk Actions
Select the Tile’s checkbox - top left in Tile View (left image) or left-column in Grid View (right image)
Click on the Delete button in the Bulk Actions section of the Moderation toolbar.
Click OK in the confirmation prompt
Via Tile Actions
Click on the Tile’s Action button and select the Delete option.
Click OK in the confirmation prompt

Select the tiles you wish to delete using the checkboxes
Select the checkbox for the Tiles you wish to delete. The checkbox is located at the top left in Tile View (left image) and in the left-column in Grid View (right image)
Click on the Delete button in the Bulk Actions section of the Moderation toolbar.
Click OK in the confirmation prompt
This option is only available to users with a Role of General Admin or higher.
From the left menu, browse to Curate > Moderate.
By default, the Moderation View will display all aggregated Content with the most recent items being shown first. See Refining and Searching for Content in Moderation View for further details on how to show only Tiles matching specific criteria.
Once the Moderation View refreshes to show Tiles matching your specified criteria:
Select the checkbox for any Tile
Click on the Delete All button in the Bulk Actions section of the Moderation toolbar. Once you click OK in the confirmation prompt, the Tiles will be deleted in the background and progress modal can be safely closed.
Clicking Cancel in the progress model will stop the operation, however any Tiles already deleted cannot be recovered.

Step 1: Navigate to the Moderation View

Step 2: Locate the Tile you wish to delete

Step 3: Delete the individual Tile
Once you have located the Tile you wish to delete, it can be deleted in one of two ways:

Click on the Delete button in the Bulk Actions section of the Moderation toolbar.
Click OK in the confirmation prompt
Via Tile Actions
Click on the Tile’s Action button and select the Delete option.

Deleting multiple Tiles
Step 1: Navigate to the Moderation View
From the left menu, browse to Curate > Moderate.
Step 2: Locate the Tile you wish to delete

Step 3: Select Tiles
Select the tiles you wish to delete using the checkboxes
Select the checkbox for the Tiles you wish to delete. The checkbox is located at the top left in Tile View (left image) and in the left-column in Grid View (right image)
Click on the Delete button in the Bulk Actions section of the Moderation toolbar.
Click OK in the confirmation prompt
Deleting all Tiles that match specific criteria
This option is only available to users with a Role of General Admin or higher.
Step 1: Navigate to the Moderation View
From the left menu, browse to Curate > Moderate.
Step 2: Refine the view to match Tiles you wish to delete
By default, the Moderation View will display all aggregated Content with the most recent items being shown first. See Refining and Searching for Content in Moderation View for further details on how to show only Tiles matching specific criteria.
Step 3: Select a Tile and Delete All
Once the Moderation View refreshes to show Tiles matching your specified criteria:
Select the checkbox for any Tile
Click on the Delete All button in the Bulk Actions section of the Moderation toolbar. Once you click OK in the confirmation prompt, the Tiles will be deleted in the background and progress modal can be safely closed.
Clicking Cancel in the progress model will stop the operation, however any Tiles already deleted cannot be recovered.
