Managing Filters in Buzzspark
Filters in Buzzspark are the feeds that connect your approved content with your Displays (touchpoints) and provide flexibility and control over what content to show and where. Learn more about Filters.
From the left menu, browse to Engage > Filters.
On the Filters page, you can perform one of the following actions:
+Filter – add a new Filter. See Adding Filters in Buzzspark.
Use the search tool to quickly find specific Filters.
Use Action buttons for a specific Filter to:
Edit – edit an existing Filter. See Editing Filters in Buzzspark.
Delete – delete an existing Filter. A confirmation is required before the Filter is deleted.
Copy – duplicate an existing Filter. See How to duplicate a Filter.
Bulk delete multiple Filters in one go by selecting the corresponding checkboxes and clicking on the ‘Delete’ button in the bulk actions toolbar at the top.
Note: You cannot delete a Filter that is currently assigned to a Display. You must first unassign the Filter from the Display in question before the Filter can be deleted.
The All Content Filter is created by default when a Buzzspark account is first initialised. It allows all published content to pass through its feed and can be useful for quickly testing Displays. It can also be customised or deleted as required.
