Publishing Event Displays on OnSign TV
Event Displays can be shown on digital screens in several ways and this article covers OnSignTV , a professional CMS platform fully packed with features and designed to manage all types of signage screens. OnSign TV is used to power large and small networks in more than 100 countries.
Refer to the OnSign TV Documentation for full setup details.
Sign in to OnSign TV.
Click on Content in the left menu.
On the next page, click the +New button at the top and select App.
In the modal:
Click on the Web & Media tab at the bottom.
Then click on the Website Link button.
In the Customize App section enter:
An App Name to help you identify this app.
In the Page URL field, enter the URL for your Event Display – see Publishing and Securing Event Displays on how to get the URL for your Event Display.
Click Save.
Back on the Content page:
Click on the vertical ellipsis (three dots) icon in the bottom right of the App you just created.
From the expanded menu, click on New Campaign.
In the modal enter:
Enter a name for the Campaign Title.
Click Create Campaign.
On the next page:
Edit eh campaign’s settings according to your preferences and click Save and Publish.
Click on Players in the left menu and on the next page click the link to visit the download page or browse directly to https://onsign.tv/downloads/.
Download and install the Player for your required operating system.
Launch the play and copy the code that is shown in the player.
Back on the Players page, click on the orange +Setup Player button in the top right
On the next page, paste the code you copied from your Player into the Player code field.
Click Setup Player.
On the next page, enter a name for the new Player.
Edit the Advanced Settings to suit your preferences.
Click Add Player.
Back on the Players page, for the newly created Player:
Select the checkbox for the newly created Player.
Click on the Publish to Player button.
On the next page:
Click on the Select Content button in the Content to Publish column.
In the modal:
Click on the App you created earlier to select it – ensure the checkbox in the top left of the App is selected.
Click Confirm.
Finally, back on the Players page:
Edit any other settings as required and click Publish.
And that’s it – your Event Display should now be visible on your Player.

How to publish Event Displays on OnSign TV

Step 1: Sign in to OnSign TV
Sign in to OnSign TV.
Step 2: Create a new App to load your Event Display
Click on Content in the left menu.
On the next page, click the +New button at the top and select App.
In the modal:
Click on the Web & Media tab at the bottom.
Then click on the Website Link button.
In the Customize App section enter:

Step 3: Create a new Campaign
Back on the Content page:

On the next page:

Step 4: Create a Player
Click on Players in the left menu and on the next page click the link to visit the download page or browse directly to https://onsign.tv/downloads/.
Download and install the Player for your required operating system.
Launch the play and copy the code that is shown in the player.
Back on the Players page, click on the orange +Setup Player button in the top right

Back on the Players page, for the newly created Player:
