Editing the Account Display Name and other Account Settings
The Account Display Name appears throughout the Buzzspark user interface (UI) and in notification emails. When a new Buzzspark Account is created, the Display Name defaults to the company name provided in the billing details, however, this can be changed at any time.
Access to Account Settings requires a Role of Account Admin or higher.
From the left menu, browse to Settings > Account Settings.
Account Display Name – enter the display name for the account
Website – enter your website’s full URL
Logo – upload your logo image in square format
Auto delete Disabled Tiles – turning this option on automatically deletes Disabled Tiles after 30 days. This helps keep your aggregated content relevant and up to date and reduces the time for manual housekeeping. Archived Tiles are not deleted, regardless of whether they are Disabled or not.
Click Update to save changes.
