How to schedule aggregation of content from social networks

How does Scheduled Aggregation work in Buzzspark?

Aggregation Schedules allow you to control when a Source aggregates content. It is particularly useful in cases where you want to:
create a Source but want it to start aggregating content later,
automatically stop aggregating content form a Source in the future, or
aggregate content during specific periods such as weekdays or weekends.

How to enable Aggregation Schedules for a Source

Aggregation Schedules can be applied to both new and existing Sources.

When creating or editing a Source, click on the Aggregation tab.

Make sure the Enable Aggregation for this Source checkbox is selected.
Under the Aggregation Schedule section, click on the Add Time Period button.

This launches the Add Aggregation Schedule modal as shown below.

You can enter either a Start Date, an End Date or both. Use the date/time selector or manually type in the required date and time in the format: yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm:ss. The Time Zone is required in either case.

Start Date – determines when the Source will begin aggregating content. If left blank, content will continue to be aggregated until an End Date is triggered.
End Date – determines when the Source will stop aggregating content. If left blank, content will continue to be aggregated indefinitely, or until an End Date in another Aggregation Schedule is triggered.
Time Zone – determines the Time Zone for the Start Date and End Date.
Click Save when done.

Back on the Aggregation tab of the Source, the Time Period you just added will be listed under the Aggregation Schedule section. In the example below, aggregation for the Source will commence at midnight on 1st March 2021 and continue indefinitely.

In the following example, aggregation for the Source will continue until 23:59:59 on 31st March 2021.

You can add multiple Time Periods to the Aggregation Schedule of a Source and Edit or Delete individual Time Periods by clicking on the corresponding links.

In the final example below, aggregation for the Source will:

Commence at midnight on Monday 5th July 2021 and continue until 23:59:59 on Friday 9th July 2021.
Resume at midnight on Monday 12th July 2021 and continue until 23:59:59 on Friday 16th July 2021.
