Publishing and Securing Forms

Publishing Forms on websites and mobile apps is as simple as copying and pasting the embed code into relevant pages where you wish to feature your Form. Additionally, you can restrict the domains on which your Form works to prevent anyone using your embed code on other sites.

How to Publish a Form on a Webpage or Mobile App

Step 1: Navigate to Forms

From the left menu, browse to Content > Forms.

Step 2: Select the Form you wish to publish

On the Forms page, click on the Publish button under the Actions column for the Form you wish to publish. This launches the Publish Settings Modal.

Step 3: Authorise your domains names and copy the embed code

In the Publish Settings modal:
Authorised Domains – enter each of the domain names (one per line) where the Form will be embedded, for example:
mydomain.com
www.mydomain.com
shop.mydomain.com

Click on the Copy Embed Code button to copy the embed code for your selected method. You can then paste this embed code into a text document such as Notepad (Windows) or TextEdit (Mac) and save it if required.
For GDPR compliance purposes, we recommend that you include the highlighted text in your privacy policy. Please consult your Data Protection Officer regarding any legal questions.
Click Save when done.

Step 4: Paste your embed code into web or mobile app page

You can now paste the embed code you just copied for this Display into the relevant HTML or Text Edit section of the web or mobile app page where you wish to show the Display.

If your Form does not appear on the webpage where it is embedded, check the Form is enabled and the domain of the webpage is included in the Authorised Domains settings of the Form.
