Managing Forms

Step 1: Navigate to Forms

From the left menu, browse to Content > Forms.


Step 2: Manage the list of Forms as required


On the ‘Forms’ page, you can perform the following actions:
+Form- add a new Form. See Creating, Editing and Customising Forms.
Use the search tool to quickly find a specific Form.
Use the Action buttons for a specific Form to:
Edit – edit the existing Form. See Creating, Editing and Customising Forms.
View – preview the Form in your browser. See Previewing Forms.
Export – export content that has been uploaded via the Form. See Publishing Exporting Form Data.
Delete – permanently delete the Form.
Publish – get the embed code for the Form. See Publishing and Securing Forms.
Copy – duplicate or create a copy of the Form. See Cloning Forms.

You can perform Bulk Actions on multiple Forms in one go by selecting the corresponding checkboxes (or clicking the select all checkbox in the Bulk Actions Toolbar at the top) and then clicking on one of the following buttons in the Bulk Actions Toolbar to:
Enable – enable or turn-on the Forms.
Disable – disable or turn-off the Forms, so they do not appear where they may be embedded or accept any uploads.
Delete – permanently delete the selected Forms.


Deleting a Form does not delete any previously uploaded content via that Form.
