Cancelling a Scheduled Downgrade

If you have previously scheduled a downgrade of your Buzzspark account Plan, you can undo or cancel the downgrade at any time prior to your next billing date. This effectively cancels the downgrade from occurring at your next billing date and your account will remain on its current subscription Plan.

How to cancel a scheduled downgrade

Step 1: Navigate to the Billing page

From the left menu, browse to Settings > Billing.

Step 2: Select Cancel Downgrade

On the Billing page, click on the Cancel Downgrade button in the Subscription panel.

Step 3: Confirm changes

In the confirmation prompt, click the Cancel Downgrade button to confirm changes.

Once confirmed, the Billing page will update to show details of your subscription and a confirmation email is also sent to the Buzzspark account owner and all account users with the Billing role.
