Changing between monthly and annual billing cycles
All Buzzspark annual plans are discounted by 20% compared to monthly plans.
You can change the billing cycle of your plan from monthly to annual at any time. Contact support@buzzspark.io if you need to change from annual to monthly billing and note that this is only possible 30 days prior to the next billing (renewal) date.
From the left menu, browse to Settings > Billing.
On the Billing page, click on the Change Plan button in the Subscription panel. This will launch the Change Account Plan modal as shown in the next step below.
Select the Annual Billing Cycle option
Click the Continue button
The amount to pay now and the new recurring amount are shown under You will be billed. You can click on the view details link to view full details of the prorated credits and charges.
If you need to update your payment method, this can be done by clicking on the Update button under Payment Method.
Click the Confirm Changes button to confirm the changes.
Once the payment is approved, the Billing page will update to show details of your new billing cycle, which are also sent via email to the Buzzspark account owner and all account users with the Billing role.

How to change from monthly to annual billing
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing page
From the left menu, browse to Settings > Billing.
Step 2: Select Upgrade
On the Billing page, click on the Change Plan button in the Subscription panel. This will launch the Change Account Plan modal as shown in the next step below.
Step 3: Select your billing cycle
Select the Annual Billing Cycle option
Click the Continue button
Step 4: Confirm changes
The amount to pay now and the new recurring amount are shown under You will be billed. You can click on the view details link to view full details of the prorated credits and charges.
