Browse to the desired report from the left menu and customise the report if required.
Once you have generated the report, click on the Download button.
Select the required format from the dropdown list and save the file to the desired location. Note, the following reports are only available in Excel (CSV) format:
Contributors Report
Engagement Report
Product List format of Commerce Report
Advertising Report
When you customise and generate a report to match your needs, you can easily save the custom report so it’s easily accessible to your team and can be run at any time.
Browse to the desired report from the left menu and customise the report as required.
Click on the Save button to save the report.
Name the report so you can reference it easily in the future. In the Add Report modal:
Enter a short name for the report
Enable the Allow all Users to access this Report switch if you wish to grant team members access to this report.
Click on the Save button.
When editing and saving a previously saved report, the same process applies although you are presented with two options as shown below:
Select Save in the drop-down list if you wish to update the previously saved report.
Select Save As if you wish to save the current changes as a new report, and in the proceeding modal, enter a name for the new report.
Saved Reports are available directly within each Report page.
Click on the Saved Reports dropdown in the top right.
Start typing the report name in the search field to narrow the list and select the required report in the list below.
All Saved Reports can be easily managed via the Saved Reports page.
Navigate to Reports > Saved Reports from the left menu.
Locate the desired report and from the Actions column, click View to view the report, or click Delete to delete the report. A confirmation is required when deleting reports.
You can also select multiple reports by selecting their individual checkboxes or select all reports by selecting the Select All checkbox.
With one or more reports selected, click on the Delete button in the Bulk Actions toolbar if you wish to delete all selected reports.
