Commerce Report

Commerce Reports provide insights across your Products, measuring UGC performance by user interactions across all Displays. You can also Segment and compare performance of multiple Products across campaigns for a given period.


Viewing Commerce Reports



Commerce Reports can be accessed by browsing to Reports > Commerce from the left menu, or by the clicking on the View Commerce Report link in the Top Products snapshot on the Summary Report page.


Customising Commerce Reports



By default, the Commerce Report shows top performing Products across all Displays ranked by Total Interactions over the last 7-day period. You can customise the report by:
Changing the date-range
Segmenting by specific Products and filtering reporting content
Adding additional Segments for comparing Products
Changing the performance metrics
Viewing results as a Product List or Line Graph

Changing the Date Range of Commerce Reports





Click on the Reporting Period dropdown in the Commerce Report toolbar.
Select the required period in the Date Range dropdown by either selecting a pre-defined period from the Date Range dropdown, or entering custom dates in the From and To field.
Click on the Generate button to generate the report.


Segmenting by Product and Filtering Content in Commerce Reports





Click on the default All Content Segment dropdown in the Commerce Report toolbar.
Edit the label for this Segment if required.
Set the Segment to report on a specific or All Products in the Product dropdown.
Select the required criteria in the Filters dropdown:

Network
Expand the drop-down and select one or more Networks you wish to include. When no options are selected, content from all Networks is included.

Tags
Expand the drop-down and select the Tagged content you wish to include. When no options are selected, all content (Tagged or not) is included.

Media
Expand the drop-down and select the type(s) of content to include. When no options are selected, all content regardless of type is included.
Text – includes posts that only contain text (no images or videos).
Image – includes posts with images.
Video – includes posts with videos.

Status
Expand the drop-down and select the required Statuses of content you wish to include. When no options are selected, all content regardless of status is included.
Published – includes Published content
Queued – includes Queued content
Disabled – includes Disabled content
Scheduled – includes content that is Published on Schedule
Auto Disabled – includes content that has been Disabled by the system, for example the post has been deleted on the originating Network
User Blocked – includes content where the creator has been Blocked
Text Filter – includes content that has been Auto Disabled by the Banned Word Filter

Click on the Generate button to generate the report.


Adding and Removing Segments





Click on the Delete icon to remove a Segment. Note that the removing the only Segment in the report will automatically create a default All Products Segment.
Click on the + Add Segment button to add a new Segment and configure the Segment criteria as described above.
Click on the Generate button to generate the report.


Changing Performance Metrics in Commerce Reports





Click on the Sort By dropdown in the Commerce Report toolbar.

Select the required metric from the dropdown list:
Impressions - Total impressions of all Tiles (posts) Tagged with the specified Product (or any Products if using All Products).
CTA Clicks - Total number of Product CTA or Product Hotspot clicks for any Tiles Tagged with the specified Product (or any Products if using All Products).
Total Tile Interactions - Total number of Clicks, Network Interactions, Shares and CTA Clicks for any Tiles Tagged with the specified Product (or any Products if using All Products).
Tile Clicks – Total number clicks on any Tiles to view the Expanded Tile or to view the Tile on the originating Network, where the Tile is Tagged with the specified Product (or any Products if using All Products).
Tile Interactions – Total number of Reply, ReTweet or Likes for any Tile Tagged with the specified Product (or any Products if using All Products).
Tile Shares – Total number of Shares for any Tile Tagged with the specified Product (or any Products if using All Products).

Click on the Generate button to generate the report.


Viewing Commerce Reports as Product Lists or Line Graph





Click on the Report Format dropdown in the Commerce Report toolbar.
Select the required the required format from dropdown.
Click on the Generate button to generate the report.

Note that Commerce Reports with more than one Segment can only be viewed as Line Graphs.
