Upgrading an Expired Trial Account
Your account will enter the Expired state when your Trial or subscription ends. If your existing subscription has expired, see upgrading an expired paid subscription. Learn more about expired accounts.
From the left menu, browse to Settings > Billing.
On the Billing page, the No active subscriptions message in the subscription panel denotes an expired account.
Click on the Upgrade button in the Subscription panel.
This will launch the Upgrade modal as shown below.
Select your desired plan
Select your desired billing cycle
Select your desired currency.
Click the Continue button
Note that once subscribed to a plan, the currency for the account cannot be changed for the lifetime of the account.
Enter your Company/Account Name. This is the name that will appear on invoices and should be your registered business or trading name, or any desired name if you do not have a registered business.
Enter the VAT/Tax ID for your business if you have one or leave blank if you are not registered for VAT/Tax.
Enter your full billing address in the fields provided.
Click the Continue button
Note there are two separate fields for VAT/Tax. In the first, select the country in which your business is registered for VAT/Tax purposes, and in the second field enter the VAT/Tax ID without the country code identifier.
This information is used to calculate any applicable VAT/Tax charges.
The total charges based on your VAT/Tax information, selected plan, billing cycle and currency are shown at the top.
Enter your Card number, Expiry date, CVC and_ Zip/Postcode_. All major international credit and debit cards are supported including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, JCB and American Express.
Enter the name on your card.
Select the country of your card issuer.
Click the Subscribe button
All transactions are encrypted and handled by our payment provider, Stripe.
Once subscribed, the Billing page will update to show details of your new plan, which are also sent via email to the Buzzspark account owner and all account users with the Billing role.
How to upgrade an Expired Trial account
Step 1: Navigate to the Billing page

Step 2: Select Upgrade
