Deleting your Buzzspark account

If you no longer require your Buzzspark account, it can be deleted whilst you are in your Trial period, or if the Trial or any active subscriptions have expired. To delete an account with an active paid subscription, you must first cancel the subscription.

Deleting your Buzzspark account will permanently delete your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.

How to delete your Buzzspark account.

Don't forget to flyStep 1: Navigate to the Billing page
From the left menu, browse to Settings > Billing.

Don't forget to flyStep 2: Follow the instructions to delete the account

On the Billing _page, click on the _Delete Account button in the Delete Account panel.

Don't forget to flyStep 3: Confirm changes

Enter your password in the confirmation prompt
Click the Delete Account button

Once confirmed, the account and all its data will be immediate and permanently deleted and a confirmation email will also be sent to the Buzzspark account owner and all account users with the Billing role.
