Summary Reports

Summary Reports provide a snapshot of the activity occurring within the last seven days in your Buzzspark account. For each snapshot, you can click through to drill deeper and view the full corresponding report.

Note that some activity snapshots may not be visible or may not contain any reporting data depending upon your subscription plan or if certain features such as Commerce and Advertising have not yet been configured in your account.

Engagement Report

Engagement Reports provide insight into your most actionable content, measuring performance by user interactions across all Displays.

Contributors Report

Contributor Reports provide insight into your most influential fans, measuring their performance by number of contributed Tiles (posts) and user interactions across all Displays.

Content Report

Content Reports let you segment and compare insights on ingested content for multiple Sources, Products, or marketing campaigns.

Network Report

Network Reports provide insights on your ingested content across all Social Networks. Use these reports to understand where your audience are most engaged, and the type and relevancy of UGC acquired for specific campaigns or Products.

Commerce Report

Commerce Reports provide insights across your Products, measuring UGC performance by user interactions across all Displays. You can also Segment and compare performance of multiple Products across campaigns for a given period.

Advertising Report

Advertising Reports provide insights across your Adverts that resonate most with your audiences, measuring Advert performance by user interactions across all Displays.
