Adding and Removing Product CTAs on Tiles
Products (or Product Tags) in Buzzspark represent items from your product catalogue. With Product Tags, you can quickly tag content in which your product is mentioned or appears within the image or video.
Product CTAs (call to action) show the product information within the UGC itself in Widget Displays. Visitors can see the products details, including a link that leads directly to your store to purchase or learn more about the product.

For a Product CTA to appear in a Tile within a Display Widget:
The Tile must be Tagged with the relevant Product Tag, and
The Widget Display must be configured to show Product CTAs.

Configuring Widget Displays to show Product CTAs
To add or remove a Product CTA on a single Tile in moderation view:
In Moderation view, locate the Tile on which you wish to add a Product CTA and click on its Edit Tags & Products button.
In the Edit Tags & Products modal:
Click in the Select Tags & Products to add field at the top and select from the existing Product Tags you wish to add to the Tile.
Once you have finished selecting the Products Tags to add, click on the Add Selected Items button.
Click in the Select Tags & Products to remove field and select any of the existing Product Tags already applied to the Tile that you wish to remove.
Once you have finished selecting the Product Tags to remove, click on the Remove Selected Items button.
Click on the Close button at the bottom to exit the modal and return to the Moderation View.
You can easily add or remove Product Tags on multiple Tiles in one go within the moderation view.
Select the checkbox corresponding to each Tile you wish to edit
In the Bulk Action toolbar at the top, click the Tags button.
In the pop-up modal, add or remove Product Tags as described earlier and close the modal when done.
Content and Product Tags for a Tile appear in the Tags panel on each Tile in moderation view, as shown below.
Content Tags are shown in light blue
Product tags are shown in dark blue
By default, all Widget Display Themes are configured to show Product CTAs in Expanded Tiles. Note that Product CTAs in Inline Tiles are only supported for Cards and Classic Themes.
If your Product Hotspots are not appearing in Tiles as expected, ensure Product Hotspots have been enabled in the Inline Tile settings and/or Expanded Tile settings for your Widget Display.

To add or remove a Product CTA on a single Tile in moderation view:
Step 1: Locate the Tile
In Moderation view, locate the Tile on which you wish to add a Product CTA and click on its Edit Tags & Products button.
Step 2: Add or Remove Products Tags as required

You can easily add or remove Product Tags on multiple Tiles in one go within the moderation view.

Configuring Widget Displays to show Product CTAs
By default, all Widget Display Themes are configured to show Product CTAs in Expanded Tiles. Note that Product CTAs in Inline Tiles are only supported for Cards and Classic Themes.
If your Product Hotspots are not appearing in Tiles as expected, ensure Product Hotspots have been enabled in the Inline Tile settings and/or Expanded Tile settings for your Widget Display.
