Moderating the same content for different Displays

There may be times when you wish to use the same content for different purposes, for example you may wish to:
Include hand-picked pieces of previously published content from one campaign, in the Display of another campaign.
Show live event content on large screen displays around a venue, and the best of this content on your website.

Most cases can be addressed using the method described below, however, do reach out to us via chat or email at support@buzzspark.io if the steps below do not meet your specific requirements.

We’ll use the events example described above to outline the method.

Step 1: Setup your Tags

Ensure that you have created separate Tags for your Displays. For example:
Create a Tag called event-screens for tagging content you wish to showcase on large screen displays around the venue.
Create another Tag called event-webpage for tagging content you wish to showcase on your website.

Step 2: Setup your Filters

Create two separate Filters to ensure your large screens around the venue and your webpage show different content. For example:
Create a Filter called event-screen-filter and use this in your Event Display. This filter should be configured to allow content tagged with the event-screen Tag from Step 1.
Create another Filter called event-webpage-filter and use this in Widget Display. This filter should be configured to allow content tagged with the event-webpage Tag from Step 1.

Step 3: Moderate content

When your team is moderating content:

For content that should only appear on large screens around the venue:
Tag the content with the event-screen Tag
Publish the content

For content that should only appear on you website:
Tag the content with the event-webpage Tag
Publish the content

For content that should appear on both large screens around the venue and the website:
Tag the content with both the event-screen and the event-webpage Tags
Publish the content
