Contributors Report

Contributor Reports provide insight into your most influential fans, measuring their performance in terms of number of contributed Tiles (posts) and user interaction across all Displays.



Viewing Contributor Reports


Contributor Reports can be accessed by browsing to Reports > Contributors from the left menu, or by the clicking on the View Contributors Report link in the _Top Contributors _snapshot on the Summary Report page.



Customising Contributor Reports


By default, the Contributors Report shows top contributors ranked by Total Interactions for all content appearing in Displays over the last 7-day period. You can customise the report by:

Changing the Date Range of Content Reports



  1. Click on the Reporting Period dropdown in the Contributor Report toolbar.
  2. Select the required period in the Date Range dropdown by either selecting a pre-defined period from the _Date Range _dropdown, or entering custom dates in the _From _and _To _fields.
  3. Click on the _Generate _button to generate the report.



Filtering Content in Contributor Reports



  1. Click on the _Filters _dropdown in the Contributors Report toolbar.
  2. Select the required criteria in the _Filters _dropdown:


_Network _
Expand the drop-down and select one or more Networks you wish to include. When no options are selected, content from all Networks is included.


_Tags _
Expand the drop-down and select the Tagged content you wish to include. When no options are selected, all content (Tagged or not) is included.


_Media _
Expand the drop-down and select the type(s) of content to include. When no options are selected, all content regardless of type is included.

  • Text – includes posts that only contain text (no images or videos).
  • Image – includes posts with images.
  • Video – includes posts with videos.


_Products _
Expand the drop-down and select any Products you wish to include. When a Product is selected, only content Tagged with that Product is included. When no Products are selected, all content regardless of Products Tags is included.


_Status _
Expand the drop-down and select the required Statuses of content you wish to include. When no options are selected, all content regardless of status is included.

  • _Published _– includes Published content
  • _Queued _– includes Queued content
  • _Disabled _– includes Disabled content
  • _Scheduled _– includes content that is Published on Schedule
  • Auto Disabled – includes content that has been Disabled by the system, for example the post has been deleted on the originating Network
  • User Blocked – includes content where the creator has been Blocked
  • Text Filter – includes content that has been Auto Disabled by the Banned Word Filter


  1. Click on the _Generate _button to generate the report.



Changing Performance Metrics in Contributor Reports



  1. Click on the Sort By dropdown in the Contributors Report toolbar.


  1. Select the required metric from the dropdown list:
  • Posts - Total aggregated Tiles (posts) by the contributor.
  • _Impressions _ - Total impressions of all Tiles by the Contributor across all Displays.
  • Total Interactions - Total number of Clicks, Network Interactions, Shares and CTA Clicks across all Tiles by the contributor.
  • _Clicks _ - Total number of clicks on any of the contributor’s Tiles to view the Expanded Tile or to view the Tile on the originating Network.
  • Network Interactions - Total number of Reply, ReTweet or _Likes _on any of the contributor’s Tiles.
  • _Shares _ - Total number of Shares of any of the contributor’s Tiles.
  • CTA Clicks - Total number of clicks on Product CTA and Product Hotspot buttons on any of the contributor’s Tiles.


  1. Click on the _Generate _button to generate the report.
